Alpha Satellite Television SA is seeking to employ:
Administrative Assistant
Description
- Manage, coordinate and maintain business daily agenda, including arrangement of conference & video conferences calls when necessary.
- Perform various administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings and events.
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and the employees.
- Prepare presentations, reports, memos and other documents.
- Facilitate internal communication between all executives.
- Suggest effective ways to operate the office daily routine and solve malfunctions.
- Arrange and coordinate business trips
- Undertake the execute of ad hoc projects that may arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of Business Administration
- Proven similar professional experience of 2-5 years within large organization
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational & time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
