JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Alpha Satellite Television SA is seeking to employ: Junior Financial Controller within the Program Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of the budget: Assist in the preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets to ensure that financial targets are met and any variances are addressed.
• Cost control: Review and approve/reject expenditure requests, ensuring they comply with approved budgets and financial guidelines.
• Suppliers management: Maintain communication with vendors and external partners to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices and other financial documents.
• Cost Evaluation: Participate in evaluating production offers, recommending cost improvements, and negotiating terms with production companies in collaboration with department heads.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate and maintain financial reports, keeping track of key metrics and ensuring adherence to company policies and external regulations.
• Project Management Support: Provide financial insights and assistance in contract preparation and management for ongoing projects, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law is an asset
• SAP knowledge
• Excellent command of English language
• Military Services completed
