Alpha Satellite Television SA is seeking to employ:

Administrative Assistant

 

 Description

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain business daily agenda, including arrangement of conference & video conferences calls when necessary.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings and events.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and the employees.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, memos and other documents.
  • Facilitate internal communication between all executives.
  • Suggest effective ways to operate the office daily routine and solve malfunctions.
  • Arrange and coordinate business trips
  • Undertake the execute of ad hoc projects that may arise.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of Business Administration
  • Proven similar professional experience of 2-5 years within large organization
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
